    By accessing and using SitemapFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our tool.

  • 2. Acceptable Use License

    Permission is granted to use SitemapFlow for personal and commercial sitemap generation. However, you may not modify, reverse engineer, or copy the underlying code of the tool.

  • 3. User Responsibilities & API Usage

    You are solely responsible for the API endpoints and URLs you connect to SitemapFlow. You agree that you have the legal right, authorization, or ownership to fetch data from the provided APIs. You must not use SitemapFlow to perform unauthorized data scraping, spamming, or denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against third-party servers.

  • 4. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The materials and generated files on SitemapFlow are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the generated XML files. Furthermore, SitemapFlow does not guarantee any specific SEO results, indexing speed, or search engine rankings from using our tool.

  • 5. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall SitemapFlow, its developers, or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or SEO ranking drops) arising out of the use or inability to use the generated sitemaps, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

  • 6. Security Recommendations (Developer Advice)

    While we do our best to provide a secure environment, protecting your API is ultimately your responsibility. We strongly advise that you only enable CORS for SitemapFlow during your sitemap generation phase. For production environments, always use temporary, expiring API keys or custom authentication headers, and never leave sensitive data endpoints fully open to the public.

  • 7. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
